Christian Brethren Family Care (Temcare)
Christian Brethren Family Care Inc. operates as Temcare and provides temporary crisis care for children by locating them in homes of volunteer Christian Carers. Placement and supervision is arranged by their own Social Worker. A major contributor to the running costs is the Opportunity Shops at Oakleigh and East Ringwood.

Missionary Advisory Council

The MAC provides guidance to elders and to applicants for missionary service, seeks to promote missionary awareness through conferences and seminars and gives general encouragement and support of missionaries in the field and while on furlough. The MAC is a member of CMML, the Christian Brethren international missionary organisation.

Christian Brethen Trust

The Trust acts as a trustee for the majority of Christian Assembly properties as well as Camp properties and retirement homes and hostels. The Trust provides finance for capital works and undertakes the overall management of the retirement hostels.

Good News Camps & Activities

This is the work of Show evangelism, beach missions and camps. Show evangelism involves the distribution of Christian literature at the Royal Melbourne and country Shows together with an invitation to apply for a correspondence course in Bible study.

Ladies Missionary Prayer Fellowship

This group conducts the annual Ladies Missionary Conference, addressed by missionary guests who are on furlough. A  prayer meeting is held at 10:00 am on the first Friday of each month at the rear of the Swanston Street Church of Christ.
